Role summary (ML7 - Manager)

The PRH Manager is responsible for delivering transformation initiatives that combine process reinvention, business consulting, data-driven decision making, and AI-enabled ways of working. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution.

Managers are expected to lead workstreams, manage client stakeholders, coach consultants and analysts, develop transformation assets, and support business development activities.

They serve as trusted engagement leaders who can move from problem identification through solution design and implementation while ensuring delivery excellence and measurable value realization.

The PRH Manager contributes to the three core PRH domains — Process Reinvention, Data & Analytics Enablement, and AI-Driven Transformation — explicitly identified as the foundation of the PRH operating model.
