YOUR ROLE
To conduct business process review and to manage and lead end-to-end business process improvements that impact on Maybank's customer service delivery and ensure that policies and procedures are in line with the industry practice.
HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE
- Design and apply an appropriate project management framework for the project.
- Prepare and maintain the Project Plan (or Project Execution Plan), Stage and Exception Plans, as required.
- Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
- Report through agreed reporting lines on project progress through highlight reports and stage assessments.
- Conduct end-project evaluation to assess how well the project was managed and prepare an end-project report.
- Establish contact with other banks to set-up source for data gathering.
- Conduct research either through the net or actual bank inquiries.
- Compare data gathered and adopt best practices.
- Coordinate with ITD for the testing schedule.
- Test all possible scenarios and ensure desired results are achieved.
- Identify and obtain any support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project.
- Adopt any delegation and use of project members roles within agreed reporting structures.
- Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
- Liaise with appointed project members roles to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project.
- Conduct end-project evaluation to assess how well the project was managed and prepare an end-project report.
