Job Description

YOUR ROLE

To conduct business process review and to manage and lead end-to-end business process improvements that impact on Maybank's customer service delivery and ensure that policies and procedures are in line with the industry practice.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

  • Design and apply an appropriate project management framework for the project.
  • Prepare and maintain the Project Plan (or Project Execution Plan), Stage and Exception Plans, as required.
  • Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
  • Report through agreed reporting lines on project progress through highlight reports and stage assessments.
  • Conduct end-project evaluation to assess how well the project was managed and prepare an end-project report.
  • Establish contact with other banks to set-up source for data gathering.
  • Conduct research either through the net or actual bank inquiries.
  • Compare data gathered and adopt best practices.
  • Coordinate with ITD for the testing schedule.
  • Test all possible scenarios and ensure desired results are achieved.
  • Identify and obtain any support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project.
  • Adopt any delegation and use of project members roles within agreed reporting structures.
  • Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
  • Liaise with appointed project members roles to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project.
  • Conduct end-project evaluation to assess how well the project was managed and prepare an end-project report.

  • College Graduate
  • 3-5 years working experience in relevant field
