Job Description:

  • Create, update, and maintain SOPs, playbooks, guidelines, and FAQs
  • Translate operational workflows into clear, structured documentation
  • Review existing SOPs to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or outdated logic
  • Apply critical and logical thinking to improve processes and documentation quality
  • Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to capture process changes
  • Maintain knowledge repositories and ensure version control and documentation standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Good attention to detail and Comfortable with documentation tools (Google Docs, etc.)
  • Strong written communication and structured thinking skills
  • 01 year of experience fresh graduates are welcome.
