Manager, Process Innovation
We are seeking a results-driven Manager, Process Innovation to lead high-impact initiatives that drive operational efficiency and measurable financial value. This role works cross-functionally to identify opportunities, improve processes, and translate data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end process improvement and project management initiatives across the business
- Analyze data (primarily in Excel) to establish baselines, identify trends, and drive data-backed decisions
- Develop and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize performance and insights
- Translate business initiatives into measurable financial and operational impact
- Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, identify gaps, and implement sustainable improvements
- Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to leadership
Core Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in data analysis (Excel baseline analysis is essential)
- Hands-on experience with SQL querying
- Proven ability to create Power BI reports and dashboards
- Solid background in process improvement and project management
- Strong understanding of how business processes work end-to-end
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Non-Negotiables:
- Proven experience analyzing data and building baselines using Excel
- Clear understanding of operational processes and workflows
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in Lean/process optimization methodologies (Six Sigma not required)
