From root cause analysis to project execution and sustainability, you will help shape the systems that drive better care, safer environments, and smarter operations.

This is for someone who thrives in complexity, leads with data, and is ready to build lasting impact.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Lead improvement projects: Design and execute quality and IT initiatives, define objectives, and measure success through performance indicators.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement: Secure commitment, manage change, and foster collaboration across departments.
  • Apply data-driven methods: Use tools like Time and Motion Study, Value Stream Mapping, and Sigma analysis to identify gaps and validate improvements.
  • Implement sustainable solutions: Conduct root cause analysis, benchmark best practices, and pilot innovative programs.
  • Ensure project success: Monitor KPIs, document lessons learned and institutionalize successful practices across the TMC Network.
  • Manage documentation: Develop and maintain process guides, policies, and digital records to support operational consistency.
  • Support quality and safety: Assist in mock surveys, recertification, and promote a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Collaborate on innovation: Work with Innovation Specialists to validate ideas and reduce risks in new services or products.

Who You Are

  • A graduate of Industrial Engineering, Nursing, or any health-related course.
  • Holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt; certification in quality/process improvement preferred.
  • Preferably has a Master's degree or post-graduate training in health, hospital management, epidemiology, or biostatistics.
  • Has 1+ years of experience in process improvement; 23 years in healthcare preferred.
  • A systems thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • A collaborative partner who can lead change and influence across diverse teams.

What You'll Get

  • A strategic role in transforming healthcare operations and quality systems.
  • Daily collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives and international standards.
  • A dynamic, mission-driven environment that values innovation, precision, and impact.
  • A platform to grow into senior roles in quality, strategy, or healthcare operations.

If you're looking for a predictable, checklist-driven rolethis isn't it.

But if you're ready to lead, innovate, and drive meaningful change, we want to hear from you.
