Job Summary
- Lead and execute high impact improvement projects ensuring timely closure and benefit realization. (These could be using the standard PI methodologies of Lean Six Sigma, Automation, AI, Analytics or any other levers)
- Lead and program manage overall Automation book of work at an account/LOB level
- Formulate effective & credible mechanism to continually enhance, measure, track and report overall performance of engagements.
- Responsible for identifying improvement opportunities; defining and justifying projects; negotiating resources; launching project teams; managing team activities; training, coaching, and mentoring of belts assigned to teams; leading teams to execute projects; tracking project status and results; anticipating and removing barriers; and developing team members.
- Responsible for providing the project results and recommends corrective action, as required, to the Quality Leader.
- Drive realization of target FTE benefit, at Account level
- Identifies apt processes for AI, Automation, review business cases, project charters, Automation Assessments (RPA), Business Requirement Documents, (BRD) and use cases
- Lead Automation program plan to deliver requirements fitting in to the overall program plan and drive UAT and go-live in an identified account
- Drive assessment to build a validated line of sight for automation in conjunction with operations and customers
- Use of statistical models and forecasting techniques to forecast or predict volumes, capacity, customer behavior, Customer journey
- Data aggregation and data mining techniques which help provide insights into past data in the form of dashboards, reports, etc.
- Oversee project execution on multiple projects and take action in case of slippages
- Both formal and informal coaching of team(s) both client and internal
- Lead proposal creation including effort estimates for project work, lead pre-sales and post-sales support, lead development of domain collaterals
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Undergraduate - Any Graduate, Any Specialization, Any Postgraduate
- Must have project managed 15 high impact Automation/Analytics end to end
- Must have RPA automation life cycle management experience
- Must be Master Black belt Certified from a reputed certifying body/organization (e.g. ASQ or equivalent) with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology or MBA from IIM A,B,C,L
- Must have experience in relevant domain & reputed KPO is preferred.
- Must have 15 years of work experience with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Must have excellent analytical, presentation & communication skill
- Ability to independently develop solutions for complex business functionality
