Drive and support operational process for efficiency and effectiveness improvement. Ensure that an organization's day-to-day activities run efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with its strategic objectives.
Key Activities:
Analyze and improve ocean freight workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Map and document current and to be processes.
Conduct root cause analysis for inefficiencies.
Recommend process enhancements and automation opportunities.
Support implementation of new tools and technologies.
Monitor compliance with company global standards and regulatory requirements.
Other Responsibilities:
Project Management Office (PMO) Project Lead
Steer and manage local deployment projects, coordinating closely with relevant stakeholders
Spearhead local performance/process improvement projects.
Provide regular project status updates and gather local requirements for documentation.
Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Freight Forwarding and Logistics
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Experience with project management, change management
Hands-on experience in process mapping & assessment, continuous improvement, innovation
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage change
