Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and consultative Transformation Professional who will partner with a diverse portfolio of clients to engineer and re-engineer processes, design strategies, and deliver impactful operational transformations. This role plays a critical part in supporting clients on their journey toward process excellence and digital transformation.
The incumbent will work closely with Operations and Support Leaders while managing client relationships, translating business objectives into scalable process, analytics, and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver large-scale process improvement and transformation initiatives across client engagements
- Partner with clients and internal operations teams to identify, design, and implement continuous improvement (CI) and digital solutions
- Drive process standardization and best practice sharing across programs and accounts
- Develop and present compelling business cases for transformation opportunities, including CI, analytics, and digital interventions
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Transformation, and Analytics teams on opportunity identification, solution design, validation, and execution
- Track and ensure timely delivery of digital and continuous improvement initiatives
- Engage senior stakeholders (internal and external) with clear articulation of transformation strategies and value propositions
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring alignment and progress tracking across stakeholders
- Coach operational teams on change management and adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of transformation tools and techniques, ensuring measurable business impact
Qualifications & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong background in operational planning, process management, and quality control
- Proven experience in process improvement, quality assurance, and transformation programs
- Solid project management capabilities (planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting)
- Familiarity with project management and analytics tools (preferred)
Process & Domain Expertise
- Exposure to consulting environments, preferably within the Insurance (L&A) domain
- Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Understanding of process re-engineering and continuous improvement frameworks
- Knowledge of digital levers such as RPA, Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI is a strong advantage

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (preferred)
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification (advantageous)
- Exposure or certification in Digital/Analytics tools (desirable)
