Job Summary

The Manager Business Transformation will drive complex digital transformation programs that apply AI powered automated insights and advanced process automation to finance and enterprise operations. The role focuses on optimizing order to cash order management procure to pay accounts payable accounts receivable and broader finance and accounting processes in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts and no travel requirement.

Responsibilities

• Drive end to end business transformation initiatives by applying AI powered automated insights to enhance critical enterprise processes in finance and operations domains
• Develop and implement advanced process automation solutions that streamline high volume transactional activities across order to cash and order management functions
• Coordinate cross functional stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps that align digital initiatives with organizational objectives and measurable business outcomes
• Monitor performance of automated workflows and AI driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and to ensure consistent process quality and compliance
• Optimize order to cash activities by refining policies data flows and touchpoints to improve invoicing accuracy cash collection speed and customer satisfaction
• Enhance order management practices by simplifying handoffs clarifying responsibilities and reducing manual intervention through targeted automation interventions
• Improve procure to pay cycles by designing automated approval flows and exception handling mechanisms that strengthen control while reducing processing time
• Refine accounts payable operations by establishing standardized data inputs rule-based validations and digital tools that reduce errors and rework in invoice processing
• Strengthen order to cash accounts receivable processes by embedding digital dashboards and alerts that support proactive risk management and working capital optimization
• Transform finance and accounting processes by using digital technologies and analytics to increase transparency auditability and timeliness of financial reporting
• Collaborate with technology partners to evaluate platforms solutions and integrations that best support advanced automation and AI enabled capabilities across finance processes
• Guide change adoption by preparing communication materials training content and support plans that encourage positive engagement and confidence in new digital ways of working
• Track and report transformation benefits by maintaining clear metrics baselines and progress updates that demonstrate how initiatives create value for the organization and society

Qualifications:

• Combine a minimum of twelve years and a maximum of fifteen years of professional experience focused on digital transformation initiatives within finance-oriented organizations
• Bring proven hands-on experience using AI driven automated insights and advanced process automation tools to enhance enterprise scale business processes
• Demonstrate extensive domain expertise in order to cash and order management processes including billing collections dispute handling and customer account maintenance
• Show strong familiarity with procure to pay and accounts payable activities such as purchase order handling vendor invoice management and payment processing
• Possess sustained exposure to order to cash accounts receivable practices including credit evaluation cash application and overdue account follow up within finance environments
• Exhibit solid understanding of wider finance and accounting principles spanning record to report general ledger reconciliations and financial controls
• Display experience working in hybrid work models and rotational shift environments while maintaining collaboration productivity and stakeholder responsiveness
• Communicate complex transformation concepts in clear practical language that supports effective collaboration between business finance operations and technology teams
• Apply structured problem-solving methods to diagnose process pain points quantify impact and prioritize high value automation and digital enhancement opportunities
• Amenable to work onsite and night shift to shifting schedule in Cebu

Certifications Required

Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a recognized credential in AI or intelligent automation from a major technology or cloud provider.
