Review supply chain processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and roll out best practices across warehouses.
Define and track KPIs for supply chain activities, using data to pinpoint issues and recommend corrective actions.
Lead process-improvement projects end to end, managing stakeholders and tracking success metrics through to handover.
Drive supply chain initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance the buyer and seller experience.
Act as the subject matter expert for warehouse processes, staying hands-on where it counts.
Spot emerging trends and automation opportunities to keep the supply chain agile and competitive.
Identify and mitigate operational risks, including disruptions and quality issues, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Train employees and agents on standard operating procedures and new process rollouts.
Use data analytics tools to monitor, assess, and report on fulfillment metrics with clear, data-driven recommendations.
Run regular process audits to maintain quality and consistency across facilities.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in process improvement, process documentation, or internal/external audits (warehouse or logistics environment preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach. Experience and modeling and simulation exercises are a significant advantage.
Experience with business process mapping and creating flowcharts.
Solid communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to take ownership and drive projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Proficiency in SQL, Appscripts, AI Tools will be an added advantage
Nice To Have:
Lean Six Sigma or other process optimization certification/experience.
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar supply chain tools.
