Job Description

The Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing wirebond manufacturing processes to achieve yield, quality, and productivity targets. This role supports new product introductions, mass production, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

Graduate of any Engineering course.
Preferably with 2-3 years experience as a Wirebond Process Engineer in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment.
Knowledgeable in wirebond processes, yield improvement, process optimization, and root cause analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
