Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Business Process Staff/Officer to support and improve company operations. The role involves monitoring workflow processes, preparing reports, coordinating with different departments, and helping ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- With experience in business process, operations, or administrative work is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
