We are looking for a Process Engineer to support process control, qualification, and improvement activities in semiconductor manufacturing. The role focuses on lead time control, yield, and quality, with hands-on involvement in production line improvements and compliance tasks.
About the job:
Monitor and control lead time performance across the production line.
Review machine data and control charts, take action when trends or out-of-control conditions are observed.
Study and evaluate process and equipment improvements for performance and feasibility.
Perform root cause and failure analysis, define and track corrective or preventive actions.
Create and revise process documents and work instructions.
Handle qualifications and setup for new products, materials, equipment, or methods.
Evaluate new materials, equipment, or methodologies for production use.
Ensure compliance with documented procedures across production teams.
Support quality-related actions and participate in improvements.
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
About you:
Graduate of EE, ECE, ME, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or Physics.
4+ years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in production processes is a plus.
Basic understanding of process engineering, failure analysis, and qualification steps.
Able to follow technical procedures and write clear documentation.
Comfortable working with production teams and supporting compliance efforts.
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
