JOB ROLE: INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER (MATERIAL CONTROL AND PLANNING) FOR SANTO TOMAS, BATANGAS
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Prepare and monitor production schedules based on customer requirements and production capacity
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of materials for production
- Conduct material planning and forecasting to avoid shortages and overstocking
- Prepare master production plans and planning reports
- Analyze production and material variances and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure timely updating of planning and inventory records in the ERP/MRP system
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in:
- Master Planning and Control
- Material Control and Planning Control
- Production Planning or Supply Chain Planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good communication and reporting skills
