Responsibilities
Process Design & Optimization
- Develop and improve workflows within DHL's Warehouse Management System (WMS) and IT landscape.
- Translate operational needs into IT solutions, including system configuration and design. Project Management
- Take ownership of projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with inbound, outbound, and inventory departments to implement improvements Data Analysis & Reporting
- Use tools like SQL and Power BI to analyze data, create dashboards, and monitor KPIs.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvement initiatives Implementation & Training
- Guide operational teams through process changes.
- Provide clear communication, training, and documentation to ensure sustainability of improvements Innovation & Problem-Solving
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency.
- Troubleshoot disruptions and develop solutions for operational challenges
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain. Experience: 2–5 years in process engineering, logistics, or manufacturing. Technical Skills: SQL, Power BI, Excel, WMS systems, Lean/Six Sigma. Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, communication, and project management skills.
