Role Description The Process Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Guiguinto, Bulacan.

This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes for PVC, PP-R, HDPE, and related products to improve efficiency, product quality, and safety. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production data, identifying process deviations, recommending corrective actions, and collaborating with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve technical issues. The Process Engineer will develop and update process documentation, conduct trials and experiments, support compliance with ISO standards, and participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. The role also involves monitoring process control parameters, supporting root-cause analyses, and providing technical guidance to plant personnel.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in Process Design, including the development, optimization, and scale-up of production processes.
• Experience in Process Control, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving process parameters and equipment performance.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting production data, conducting root-cause analyses, and proposing data-driven solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards, quality systems, and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Guiguinto, Bulacan, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical information clearly.
• Previous experience in plastics, chemicals, or construction-related manufacturing is an advantage.
