About the Role

As a Process Control Officer, you will be responsible in performing operational validation of processes and Collections Self-Assessment of low and medium risk processes in accordance with the approved manual and guidelines of Collections

How you'll contribute

  • Conducts validation and alignment with the approved criteria set of a specific process within the division
  • Provides comprehensive report on the findings resulted from the process checking conducted
  • Perform Self-Assessment (SA) for the defined low and medium risk collections processes and procedures
  • Conducts investigation of possible process lapses within the division
  • Ability to clearly communicate issues identified by the unit to Collections management team with a clear action plan to resolve these with acceptable time frames
  • Suggest action plans and process improvement to Process Control and Compliance Unit Head based on the findings resulted from validation of processes
  • Ensure timely submission of the result of validations performed
  • Create report/summary of findings performed
  • Ensures timely responses and resolution on the action plan stated in report to be submitted on validation performed

What we're looking for

  • With 2 3 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance within financial services or collections operations
  • Demonstrated expertise in Collections and Day 2 operations, with a strong foundation in Process Control, including proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies to ensure operational integrity
  • Knowledge of bank's products and processes
  • With strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to interact across all organizational levels
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Amenable to be assigned in Alabang and Makati
