Role Summary:
Responsible for translating R&D-developed processes, formulations, and prototypes into stable, scalable, and repeatable mass production.

Level: Any level from Entry level to Senior Level
Education
- Bachelor's degree, highly preferred in one of the following fields, although related disciplines are also acceptable:
- Electronics and Communications Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics/Robotics Engineering
- Instrumentation and Control Engineering
- Automations Engineering
- These are the next preferred courses, but candidates should have relevant experience:
- Materials Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
Preferred Experience and Technical Skills
- Experience in high-voltage systems and power distribution, including electrical safety protocols
- Troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial electrical equipment (e.g., transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, motors)
- Familiarity with motor controls, PLC-based automation, and industrial control systems
- Experience with instrumentation, sensor calibration, and process monitoring
- Experience in machine design, fabrication, and integration for production-ready equipment
- Experience in HVAC control systems, including building/facility automation
- Knowledge of process scale-up and optimization to improve efficiency, yield, and consistency in mass production
Exposure to industries such as semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, industrial automation, electrical and power systems, instrumentation, or facility/HVAC systems is recommended.
