Your Role:

As a PowerApps Engineer you will:

  • Embody the Yes We Can ethos in all aspects of the role and responsibilities
  • Adapt, promote, and encourage a Safety-First approach
  • Administrative tasks to support training and competency processes
  • Driving continuous improvement and best practice for digital process development
  • Support Corporate, Branch and Department Level Managers as well as business unit specialists in the use of the digital form platform and subsequent supporting systems, such as PowerBI, MS Visio, MS Excel and MS SharePoint.
  • Manage Digital Process project lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Control, Reinforcement and Support) using the SmartSheets system
  • User Acceptance Testing UAT
  • Develop Business Process Mapping to help support visualisation of workflows
  • Develop and update forms using HTML and JSON coding as required
  • Develop conditional workflows that include retrieving specific datasets, sending emails, etc.
  • Develop monthly digital form system reports
  • Data entry - update various channels of data into respective systems and repositories
  • Working with the National Learning and Development Manager to identify and appropriately manage challenging digital process requirements
  • Digital Form System troubleshooting Work with Supagas employees and Supagas IT on completion and access issues, reporting errors
  • Collate digital form and process feedback and areas for improvement
  • Assisting with general digital form and process enquiries
  • Work closely with SMEs to automate functions where possible
  • Manage Form System users, permissions, and security in liaison with the National Learning and Development Manager
  • Manage Form System Lists, Groups, Libraries, Dashboards and Submissions
  • Develop and release digital forms in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Participating in regular team meetings
  • Other tasks as required from time to time

What You Need:
Non-negotiables
  • Experience in developing PowerApps from scratch.
  • Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Project management skills and experience
  • 2+ years experience in a digital forms and process administration
  • Advanced experience with the Microsoft Suite of programs
  • Intermediate experience with Digital Form Systems, preferably FastField Forms (merge mobile) and Microsoft Forms.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Power Automate and Data.

Preferred skills/expertise
  • Technical expertise in HTML
  • Proven ability to identify new processes and procedures for the implementation of the Digital Form System
  • Professional approach to handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, including the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the business
  • Possess a keen attention to detail and accuracy, exceptionally well organised and methodical in approach.
  • Ability to contact User Acceptance Testing
  • Managing test case system
  • Tech Savvy
  • Strong collaboration skills and a continuous drive and resilience to get things done
