ABOUT THE ROLE
This role supports process improvement, automation, and system integration initiatives across operational and business workflows. The role focuses on identifying manual processes, improving efficiency, managing workflow automation, and supporting data-driven operational improvements.
We're looking for someone who is resourceful, proactive, technically curious, and comfortable exploring new tools and technologies. Ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems through automation, integrations, and process optimization while collaborating with different stakeholders and teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:
- Develop and maintain workflow automations and process improvement initiatives
- Support system integrations and automation projects across operational and business functions
- Build and improve automated workflows using Microsoft 365 tools and related platforms
- Assist in managing data processes, reporting workflows, and operational automation tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify repetitive/manual processes and recommend improvements
- Support API integrations and workflow connectivity between systems and platforms
- Create and maintain documentation for workflows, automations, and processes
- Troubleshoot automation, workflow, and system-related issues when needed
- Help improve operational efficiency through automation and technology solutions
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2–5 years of experience in automation, data, or system integration roles with strong proficiency in JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, SharePoint, and Power Automate
- Resourceful and proactive in improving processes, exploring new tools, and resolving issues independently
- Experience working with APIs, workflow automation, or system integrations is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Curious about new technologies, systems, and automation opportunities
- Not afraid to ask questions, clarify requirements, or suggest process improvements
- Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Supabase, Power BI, or similar platforms is an advantage
