The primary role is to handle process documentations, change management, process analysis and risk and compliance activities of CRM department.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain process documentations, which includes Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence of affected employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of change management and ensure adherence of employees in the implemented process
- Manage, coordinate, and promote awareness of CRM team to risk and compliance related programs, which includes, but not limited to: Business continuity management, Audit related engagements, Risk and control self-assessment (RCSA), Compliance courses (AMLA, DPA, Info Sec and others as required by the company)
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities by analyzing current existing processes and documentations
- Recommend alternative approaches to improve overall efficiency of the unit while ensuring that processes are mapped appropriately to control procedures aligned with specific business risks.
- Design and develop processes utilizing industry best practices such as Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies by analyzing current processes and documentations and develop actionable process recommendations, considering risk mitigation and applicable internal policies and local regulations.
- Assist in the implementation of change management, assess change tickets, and properly monitor all corresponding ticket movements.
- Assist in the closing of unit's action items which are related to process excellence programs
What you need to have:
- At least 3 years work-related experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Sharepoint, Bizagi Modeler
- Intermediate knowledge in continuous improvement, including change management
- Proficient in using process mapping and modelling tools
What Can Set You Apart:
- Project management experience is nice to have.
- Yellow or Greenbelt Six Sigma Certification
- Previous work in a multinational company is an advantage
