Process Analyst
The ideal will be responsible for analyzing, developing and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency of managed business processes, reduce cost and improve quality and SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Process Manual documentations
- Analyze current business process and workflows through process mapping, time and motion studies and data analytics to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with business process counterparts and cross functional teams to understand and address process related issues
- Assists to develop and implement process improvement strategies and initiatives, including assessment of its impact to operations
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of process changes
- Provide support to teams/work units on changes to processes and procedures
- Prepares detailed reports on process improvement findings and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in process improvement tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in technical writing
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g. MS Visio)
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
Monthly Salary: 30K-35K
Location Assignment: Will be based in ETON Centris, Quezon City but must be willing to travel as needed
Shift Schedule: Day shift, 8am to 5pm
