Role Overview

The Process Analyst (SharePoint) is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing SharePoint-based platforms and web content used across the firm. The role focuses on content management, webpage updates, and process support to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely delivery of information to global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and administration of SharePoint sites and pages
• Perform regular content creation, updates, and webpage enhancements
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards
• Assist with troubleshooting SharePoint and web-related issues
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement updates
• Document processes, workflows, and content guidelines as needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to SharePoint and content processes
• Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Graduate of an IT-related course (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent)
• Experience with SharePoint administration or content management (entry-level to experienced candidates considered)
• Working knowledge of HTML and web page structures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and mid to night shift
