Purpose:

  • Responsible for supporting the sales/professional services organizations and support functions, through data gathering, analysis and process coordination. Co-ordinates, develops and/or manages databases and other information tools to achieve sales objectives. Works with Sales and Marketing in the development of Sales and Marketing plans.

Scope:

  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
  • Decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan
  • Generally domestic scope/accountability
