Sells, Presents and promotes the private teacher's loan product and services to all private teachers within their area of jurisdiction
Directs, coordinate and evaluates the work performance of agent under his supervision to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the bank's services to it's customers.
Responsible for recruiting my teacher, my agent and building, maintaining strong relationship with them to help in generating loans.
Shall be responsible in the delivery of target volume of his own team if needed
Follow up/ visit clients who have a plan to avail/ re-avail the loan
Conduct marketing activities such as product presentation, area saturation activity, brigada eskwela, and other school activities to generate loans.
Report the result of their daily itineraries to their immediate heads
Perform any other duties and functions that may be given by the management from time to time.
