We are seeking a compassionate Private Nurse to provide personalized healthcare support. The ideal candidate will deliver professional nursing care in a private setting, monitor health conditions, and ensure the well-being of the individual under their care while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Monitor vital signs, health conditions, and overall well-being, reporting any significant changes promptly.
- Provide personalized care, including assistance with daily activities, mobility, and hygiene as needed.
- Coordinate and accompany the individual to medical appointments and follow-up visits.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation.
- Implement health and wellness plans, including nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle recommendations.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid or immediate care when necessary.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment, adhering to hygiene and infection control protocols.
- Educate and advise on preventive health measures, medication management, and general wellness.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all personal, medical, and private matters.
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent, with valid certification.
- Proven experience in private nursing, home care, or one-on-one patient care, or hospital nursing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration, patient monitoring, and medical procedures.
- Excellent assessment, observation, and problem-solving skills.
