- Optimize distribution and sales through private and public hospitals, government agencies, industrial accounts, and key trade partners.
- Drive market expansion through data-driven sales strategies and opportunity mapping.
- Ensure alignment between trade execution and overarching commercial and corporate objectives.

- Manage and grow assigned territories while exceeding performance goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Trade Channel Management, Sales, or Distribution within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare space.
- Proven success in managing key accounts and distribution partners, with a strong track record in sales growth and market expansion.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
