Highly respected Private Equity firm require an M&A professional to support the deal origination team in THE PHILIPPINES. This is a great opportunity to transact significant deal numbers using your local knowledge of the Philippine and SE Asia market.

The Position:

• Supporting deal sourcing across Financial Services, Retail, Food production, manufacturing, healthcare, consumer finance etc.
• Detailed Due Diligence and financial modelling.
• Perform macro-level industry research and quantitative analysis to support portfolio construction.
• Detailed Financial modelling.

You:

• You will have worked end to end on M&A deal execution.
• Min 4 – 7 years in a Private Equity Investment team or a top tier Investment Bank.
• Deal experience in the Philippines market is ESSENTIAL.
• Top Tier Academics from a globally recognised University
• Fluent Tagalog / Filipino would be an advantage
