Private Caregiver for Senior Care

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced to provide personalized care and companionship for an 80-year-old patient residing in Angeles City, Pampanga. The primary goal is to ensure their safety, comfort, health, and daily well-being in a warm home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance: Assist with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Mobility & Safety Support: Help with walking, transfers, and light physical movement while ensuring a safe, fall-free environment.
• Medication & Vital Signs Monitoring: Manage timely medication intake as prescribed and monitor basic vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.) regularly.
• Meal Preparation: Cook and serve nutritious, senior-appropriate meals (aligned with any dietary restrictions).
• Companionship & Engagement: Engage the patient in light conversations, reading, or recreational activities to keep her mentally active and emotionally supported.
• Household Support: Perform light housekeeping tasks relevant to the patient's immediate living area (tidying up her room, washing dishes after meals, and managing patient laundry).
• Status Reporting: Keep family members informed of any physical, emotional, or behavioral changes in the patient's condition.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in caregiving, nursing assistance, or home healthcare (care for elderly patients preferred).
• Certifications (Preferred): Caregiver NC II certification, Nursing diploma/degree, or First Aid & CPR training.
• Key Traits: Patient, highly respectful, physically fit, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Language: Conversational in Kapampangan, Tagalog, or English.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to commute/relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga.
