Role Summary:
The Privacy Program Analyst supports the development, execution, and maturation of the organization's global privacy and data protection program. This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for operationalizing privacy requirements, addressing program gaps, and embedding privacy into business processes across a global, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations of the privacy program
- Maintain privacy documentation, trackers, and reports
- Assist with compliance across global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Support Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and data inventories (RoPA)
- Assist with Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs/DPIAs)
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, IT, Security, HR)
- Support vendor risk assessments and incident response activities
Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of experience in privacy, compliance, risk, or related fields
- Basic understanding of data privacy principles and regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to privacy tools (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc)
- Familiarity with data mapping, RoPA, or DPIAs
- Privacy certifications (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT)
