Responsible for integrating privacy in product development, maintain data inventory, implement data protection programs, and develop privacy policies and procedures.
Responsible for the cooperation with cross-functional teams to embed privacy principles and practices into the design of new products, processes, services, and systems, ensuring privacy is considered from the early stages of development.
Responsible for maintaining and updating personal data inventory of the Bank.
Consulted by the Bank's business units for the development and implementation of data protection and privacy program.
Consulted by the Bank's business units to aid them in the development of strategies, policies, and procedures related to the data protection throughout the data lifecycle.
Accountable for the timely conduct of privacy assessments for new projects, products, POCs, agreements with external parties, and handle privacy incidents.
Responsible for the conduct of regular privacy assessments to evaluate the Bank's privacy program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and recommend security controls and remedial actions on the following:
Enhanced or revised products, services processes, services, and application systems;
Proof of concept (POC) and pilot testing engagements that will involve and/or use personal data/information;
and Agreements and/or engagements with external parties involving sharing and/or processing of personal data.
New products, processes, services, application systems, and IT projects including significant enhancements;
Responsible for the assessment of privacy related incidents through the Security Incident Privacy Impact Assessment (SI-PIA) and recommendation of remediation actions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of a four (4) year bachelor's degree
Excellent oral and written English skills
With CIPM or CIPT certification is preferred
Ability to do privacy risk and impact assessments
With sufficient knowledge on privacy controls and measures
