Responsibilities

  • Handle activities related to the design, layout, and routing of schematic diagrams and Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
  • Develop high‑frequency, high‑density PCB layouts of moderate to high complexity, primarily for switch‑mode power conversion applications.
  • Design PCB layouts for power supplies ranging from low‑wattage (hundreds of watts) to high‑wattage (tens of kilowatts).
  • Perform PCB layout for digital control boards.
  • Act as a liaison with Advanced Engineering Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Manufacturing Engineering, Agency Compliance teams, and PCB vendors.
  • Exercise sound judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate technical actions and decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in PCB layout, schematic design, and library creation, preferably involving high‑density switch‑mode power conversion and digital control boards.
  • Extensive experience using Cadence Allegro v23.1, Altium Designer 25, SolidWorks, and CAM350.
  • Strong background in power supply design.
  • RF design experience is a plus.
  • Exposure to customer electronics R&D or design for manufacturability (DFM) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven team player in a multi‑cultural, multi‑disciplinary environment with a strong sense of ownership.
