- Work Setup: Onsite - Megatower, Ortigas
- Transition to hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
- Salary: Earn up to PHP200,000
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally including building or leading newly established teams
- Strong experience working with Australian stakeholders, clients, or operations teams
- Excellent English communication skills with strong grammar and keen attention to detail
- Open to occasional overtime or schedule flexibility during critical publishing periods or breaking news coverage
Industry & Technical Expertise
- Proven experience in newspaper production, print publishing, or high-volume publishing operations (local or international)
- Strong understanding of print fulfilment systems, publishing workflows, and production deadlines
- Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage

Responsibilities
- Manage daily production performance, including classified pagination and file output, ensuring adherence to workflows and quality standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team to sustain high performance and capability
- Provide technical support through troubleshooting and incident resolution within critical deadlines
- Support contingency planning to maintain continuous operations
- Promote service excellence and consistency across all deliverables
- Report performance insights and identify opportunities for process improvement

- 30 Days: Build team confidence, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and learn systems and processes
- 90 Days: Coach the team, lead daily operations, and collaborate with leadership
- 1 Year: Lead a high-performing team, manage complex production scenarios, and sustain quality standards
