Join Ivoclar as a Print Data Engineer!

Are you passionate about optimizing systems and ensuring global standardization Ivoclar is looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented professional to manage and enhance our Print Data Management system worldwide.

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for print data workflows, system validation, and hardware integration. You'll play a vital part in implementing system enhancements, creating approval workflows, and ensuring seamless interfaces between platformsall while upholding regulatory and security standards. Your expertise will help maintain validated systems and deliver consistent, high-quality labeling across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of system enhancements in coordination with the software manufacturer and the IT department
  • Global Power User for Print Data Management
  • Global system support for the print data management system and printer hardware
  • Implementation of new equipment related to the print data system, including conducting user training (global)
  • Creation of approval workflows in labeling (global)
  • Creation of data generators
  • Creation and expansion of label records
  • Table extensions and updates of the print data management software
  • Global color calibration of printing systems
  • Training for all user groups of the print data management system
  • Ensuring standardized hardware and software in labeling (global)
  • Ensuring proper interface functions between various systems related to the print data management software
  • System validation and maintenance of the validated state
  • Implementation and compliance with the requirements of the Security Handbook
  • Implementation and compliance with the requirements of the Personnel Handbook
  • Implementation and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Acts as a role model in alignment with the corporate values of the Ivoclar Group

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in an IT-related environment
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Working knowledge of SAP modules, particularly MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning)
  • Programming skills, preferably in JavaScript
  • Basic understanding of product labeling processes
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving ability
  • Strong team player with collaborative mindset
  • Confident and assertive in decision-making and communication
