As a Principal - Talent Sourcing you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organisation's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our company's values and requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
  • Manage volume and niche hiring initiatives across multiple roles and levels.
  • Actively participate in job brief/intake discussions with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on talent attraction, advising on best practices and innovative sourcing approaches.
  • Conduct market insights and talent mapping to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee candidate management, ensuring a positive experience and timely communication.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with Clients, Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and various stakeholder.
  • Manage a diverse range of roles, including auditing, accounting, insurance, wealth management, consulting, and other corporate focused roles.

Skills & Requirements:

You'll need to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing and recruitment across multiple functions (management consulting, insurance, auditing, risk consulting and). Global recruitment experience is an advantage.
  • Expertise in proactive sourcing, market mapping, and building talent pipelines.
  • Experience in volume and niche hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Strong partnership with Hiring Managers and ability to provide market insights.
  • Subject matter expert in talent attraction and employer branding.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience of using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Phenom (CRM), and AMSOne.
