Responsibilities
- Act as the Principal Technical Hybrid person for enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
- We are looking for following skills:
- Enterprise services (Exchange / Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID)
- Core network services (DNS, identity, domain architecture)
- Public cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
- Virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi and Hyper-V)
- hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, including IaaS, PaaS, and cloud networking.
- Good knowledge of landing zones, security guardrails, and architecture standards.
- Guide large-scale on-prem to cloud migrations and modernization initiatives.
- Lead technical design reviews, incident escalations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Qualifications
5+ years in enterprise infrastructure and cloud engineering, with 7+ years in a Wintel role.Strong hands-on expertise in:- Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft 365
- Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), IAM
- Windows Server 20192025, SQL, Backup solutions, DNS/DHCP/Group Policy
- Virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi and Hyper-V)
- Deep experience with AWS and/or Azure, including:
- IaaS and PaaS architecture
- Cloud networking and hybrid connectivity
- Security, IAM, and governance
- Proven experience designing and operating large-scale hybrid environments.
- Ability to produce and review architecture and design documentation.
- Experience in global, enterprise-scale environments.
- Good understanding of IT compliance (eg. security, privacy, PCI, SOX, ISO 27001 etc.)
- Can run independent Projects on its Own.
Nice to Have
- Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, SolarWinds, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch).
