We are looking for experienced Principal Network Engineers located in the Philippines.

We are especially interested in candidates who can:
- Leverage their design, architecture, implementation, support, and administration experience to improve and expand cloud-based solutions.
- Design and implement advanced service provider network solution to support customer segmentation on a virtualized cloud platform.
- Maintain existing platforms and mentor junior resources.
- Train support resources for day 2 support and operations
- Own the process to establish network connectivity with new customers using a variety of network connectivity methods.
- Provide technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to support complex network issues
- Communicate effectively with large enterprise customers and small businesses.
- Interact with Security and Compliance teams to ensure solutions conform to corporate standards and security best practices.
- Take ownership of network incidents and alerts, driving root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes to improve overall system reliability
This role may be a strong fit if you have:
- 5+ years experience in network design, implementation support, and security of complex LAN/WAN environments carrying VoIP and data.
- Advanced troubleshooting and support experience of network solutions that include: Cisco IOS Routers and Catalyst switches, Cisco Virtual ASA Firewalls, Cisco Firepower Series, support multiple network carriers, and Voice Over IP.
- 2+ years experience with Load Balancing (Citrix).
- 2+ years experience with GCP implementation and support (Cloud Networking, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud VPN).
- Must possess good problem solving and troubleshooting skills in supporting enterprise level clients, logical and methodical problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate and justify the resolution process where necessary.
- Cisco CCNP, CCIE, AWS or GCP Networking Certifications is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience with M365 Copilot or other enterprise AI tools.
