Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in dam operations, hydrology, water resource management, construction, maintenance, or related engineering works
Proficient in engineering software/tools, hydrological data analysis, and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of dam safety, structural inspection, and maintenance procedures
Strong analytical, technical writing, and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and handle operational concerns effectively
