The Role:

Key Accountabilities:

What you'll do:

• Reporting and data analysis from raw data
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports
• Present data insights to stakeholders
• Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill and Time-to-Offer
• Support workforce and hiring forecasting
• Based on data analysis conducted, provides recommendations about future data analysis which could provide value to Client.
• Delivers continuous improvement or innovation projects and contributes to strategic programs
• Gathers comprehensive requirements in order to understand stakeholders needs, goals, and measures of success.
• Regularly revisits requirements and assumptions to ensure alignment throughout the project.
• Proactively reaches out to stakeholders with insights or recommendations that might benefit them, even if they fall outside of the standard reporting cycle.
• Solicits feedback from stakeholders on each report to continuously improve future

Skills & Requirements:

• Advanced Excel, Reporting, Data Analysis, Data Presentation
• VBA, Macros, Advanced Pivot Tables
• Power BI, Forecasting, BI/Insights experience
• Strong communication, commercial awareness, independent worker
