Job Description
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, systems development or offshore services.
- Strong background in Java, Groovy, or object-oriented technical design and development.
- Experience with Oracle Utilities products, the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), or related applications (CCS, C2M, CC&B, MSCS, MDM, WACS, WAM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsyou build rapport easily and make complex ideas simple.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead when necessary, using your judgment to deliver top-quality results.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop technical design specifications based on high-level requirements.
- Lead and participate in design walkthroughs with architects, designers, developers, and customers; facilitate timely resolution of design issues throughout the development process.
- Translate technical design specifications into high-quality, maintainable code, consistently meeting project budgets and deadlines.
- Ensure deliverable quality by rigorously following project standards, methodologies, and performing quality assurance reviews of team outputs.
- Prepare functional testing documentation and execute test cases, recording and analyzing results according to established procedures.
- Oversee project release activities, including the review, sign-off, and verification testing of release deliverables.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior developers and designers, fostering team growth and technical excellence.
