We are seeking an elite Primary Consultant for AI and ML to join our Service Management Group in Manila, Philippines as our premier technical authority and trusted advisor for strategic enterprise AI initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Delight Customers & Stakeholders: Partner with C-suite client executives to design high-impact AI strategies, end-to-end cloud solution architectures, and MLOps frameworks.
- Grow Our Business: Bridge presales discovery with cutting-edge tech, collaborating with major cloud partner teams (AWS, Azure, GCP) and sharing thought leadership across the industry.
- Improve How We Work: Establish technical governance across active projects, drive architecture best practices, and develop reusable enterprise IP assets.
- Develop Yourself & Others: Mentor data scientists and engineers, build emerging tech learning paths (GenAI, RAG, Agentic stacks), and help recruit top talent.
How Success is Measured
- High client satisfaction, first-time architectural approval, and rapid technical problem resolution.
- Growth in joint cloud partner wins, successful presales assessments, and external thought leadership contributions.
- High team adoption of standardized MLOps patterns and improved delivery efficiency.
- Measurable team capability growth, candidate pipeline quality, and personal mastery of emerging AI domains.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 8+ years developing/deploying enterprise AI/ML solutions, with 3+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Expertise in Classical ML, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, MLOps, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Bonus Assets: Cloud ML Specialty certifications, hands-on experience with GenAI/Agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and presales or co-selling experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Engineering, or related field.
