TMC Clinic is seeking a strategic and highly driven Primary Care Physician Officer to lead the operational performance of our physician workforce across a network of 71 clinics. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, this role is responsible for ensuring physician availability, optimizing primary care operations, strengthening HMO partnerships, driving physician recruitment priorities, and improving clinical revenue performance through operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee physician attendance, engagement, and reliever physician deployment across all clinics.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring adequate PCP coverage and efficient clinic operations.
- Lead physician manpower planning and direct recruitment priorities to maintain a strong PCP pipeline.
- Manage HMO accreditation, compliance, and physician-related partnerships.
- Improve clinical documentation, revenue integrity, and operational performance through data-driven initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinic managers, Finance, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) with a valid PRC License.
- Master's in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or equivalent is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations, healthcare administration, or physician workforce management.
- At least 3 years experience in any HMO operations, physician recruitment, clinic operations, or revenue cycle management is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine healthcare regulations, HMO accreditation, and clinical documentation standards.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive operational improvements across multiple clinic locations.
