Commercial Revenue Analytics for High-Scale Connectivity Services

The Pricing Manager role is built for commercial analytics professionals who can connect pricing, customer behavior, churn, retention, and revenue performance into clear business recommendations. Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, 5:30 AM-2:30 PM or 6:30 AM-3:30 PM, Weekends Off

Work setup: Hybrid - Megatower, Ortigas

Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 120,000

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 2 years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, revenue management, or customer base analytics within telecommunications, subscription-based, SaaS, utilities, or large-scale recurring revenue businesses
  • Hands-on experience analyzing commercial revenue metrics such as ARPU, churn curves, plan mix, customer revenue performance, product attachment, margin, and retention trends
  • Proven ability to assess pricing performance, customer behavior, and revenue movement using large customer datasets
  • Experience supporting pricing strategy, commercial planning, customer lifecycle value management, or revenue optimization initiatives
  • Strong understanding of how pricing, promotions, plan structures, and customer segments affect revenue, churn, and profitability
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with the confidence to work on strategic insights rather than purely operational reporting

Your Daily Tasks

Revenue Analytics & Commercial Performance (Core Focus)

  • Analyze ARPU, churn curves, plan mix, VAS attachment, and customer revenue trends
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue, retention, and margin performance
  • Evaluate performance of pricing, plans, and commercial initiatives using large customer datasets

Pricing Strategy & Optimization

  • Support development and optimization of pricing strategies and product positioning
  • Assess pricing effectiveness and recommend adjustments based on customer behavior and market trends
  • Model revenue impact of pricing changes, promotions, and plan structures

Customer Base & Lifecycle Analytics

  • Analyze customer lifecycle performance across acquisition, retention, upsell, and churn
  • Segment customer base to identify high-value opportunities and revenue risks
  • Monitor churn drivers and recommend targeted interventions

Data Analysis & Insights Delivery

  • Work with large-scale telco datasets to generate actionable commercial insights
  • Develop dashboards and reports tracking key commercial KPIs
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders

Cross-Functional Commercial Collaboration

  • Partner with product, marketing, and commercial teams to align pricing and revenue strategies
  • Support campaign planning with data-driven targeting and performance evaluation (not execution)
  • Provide insights to influence business decisions and commercial outcomes
