Pricing and Solutions Supervisor

Responsible for developing commercial pricing models, logistics proposals, profitability simulations, and warehouse layout solutions for Contract Logistics projects. The role evaluates client requirements, designs practical warehouse solutions, coordinates with property and equipment providers, and supports new business proposals and warehouse setup activities.

• Working knowledge of contract logistics, warehousing, and trucking operations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, cost simulation, rate development, capacity calculation, and profitability analysis
• Able to prepare commercial proposals, pricing documents, costing sheets, and bid or tender requirements
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent warehouse layout software is strongly preferred
• Able to design or optimize warehouse layouts, storage capacity, racking configurations, cross-docking flows, and picking paths
• Experience in warehouse setup, facility planning, or infrastructure vendor coordination is strongly preferred
• Able to coordinate with warehouse owners, property brokers, material-handling equipment suppliers, and internal operations teams
• Familiar with forklifts, racking systems, pallets, warehouse infrastructure, and facility requirements
• Strong analytical, commercial, reporting, presentation, and project coordination skills
• Able to assess operational feasibility, cost efficiency, and account profitability
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple proposals and deadlines with limited supervision
