Prestige Mobility Advisor (Denza Alabang)

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Prestige Mobility Advisor (Luxury Sales) to represent our premium automotive brand- Denza. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets while upholding the brand's luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a personalized and consultative sales experience to luxury automotive customers

Understand client lifestyle, mobility needs, and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles and options

Manage the full sales journey, from inquiry and test drive to closing and post-sales follow-up

Build and maintain a strong client base to generate repeat sales and referrals

Meet and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining premium customer satisfaction levels

Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including vehicle features, technology, and brand positioning

Ensure showroom presentation and customer interactions reflect luxury brand standards

Accurately record leads, customer interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
