A leading Philippine conglomerate is seeking a senior executive for a President-level business leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategy, business performance, operating rhythm, and long-term value creation of the assigned platform.
- Own revenue growth, profitability, capital productivity, cost discipline, governance, and organizational capability.
- Drive integration across business units, functions, assets, partners, and stakeholder groups to ensure the platform operates as a cohesive and scalable enterprise.
- Strengthen portfolio performance through disciplined asset strategy, commercial planning, customer relevance, partner management, and operating execution.
- Lead business planning, investment reviews, performance management, budget discipline, and strategic initiatives aligned with the group's broader growth agenda.
- Manage senior internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders, Board-level stakeholders, executives, investors, partners, tenants, regulators, government counterparts, and other strategic relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial returns, asset productivity, operating efficiency, customer engagement, and long-term market positioning.
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team with strong succession depth, clear accountability, and disciplined execution standards.
This role requires a candidate who can operate beyond functional leadership. The successful candidate must demonstrate direct business ownership, enterprise-level judgment, boardroom credibility, commercial discipline, and the ability to manage complexity across multiple stakeholders and asset classes.
Preferred Background
- Real estate development, commercial property, mixed-use estates, townships, malls, offices, hospitality, logistics, industrial assets, or property portfolio management.
- Infrastructure, PPP, investment-backed platforms, or conglomerate environments where stakeholder management, governance, and integration are critical.
- Retail, consumer platforms, FMCG, lifestyle, hospitality, or large-scale service businesses may also be considered if the candidate has strong P&L ownership, multi-site operating exposure, and commercial leadership credentials.
Required Experience
- Significant senior leadership experience with direct business, platform, portfolio, or P&L accountability.
- Proven exposure to real estate, property portfolio management, asset optimization, commercial operations, or adjacent large-scale consumer-facing businesses.
- Strong commercial judgment, including revenue growth, cost discipline, capital allocation, investment review, and long-term value creation.
- Experience leading business integration, transformation, restructuring, expansion, or platform professionalization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, including Boards, shareholders, executives, investors, partners, tenants, regulators, and government counterparties.
- Strong leadership capability with experience building teams, improving organizational capability, and developing future leaders.
- Ability to operate with strategic maturity, execution discipline, institutional credibility, and high integrity.
Highly Advantageous
- Experience managing multi-asset, multi-site, or multi-format business platforms.
- Exposure to estate development, commercial leasing, office, retail, hospitality, logistics, industrial, or mixed-use platforms.
- Experience in joint ventures, PPPs, infrastructure-linked projects, large-scale partnerships, or complex stakeholder environments.
- Track record of improving portfolio returns, increasing NOI, strengthening asset productivity, or driving business turnaround.
- Experience working within a conglomerate, publicly listed company, multinational, or professionally governed institution.
- Potential to form part of a longer-term enterprise leadership succession slate.
