Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of management experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role (President, COO, CEO, General Manager or Vice President).
  • Proven experience in restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality operations.
  • Strong leadership, financial management, business development, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the company's vision, strategy, and growth plans.
  • Oversee restaurant operations, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop business partnerships, expansion opportunities, and franchise initiatives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing management team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and government regulations.
  • Report company performance to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
