Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of management experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role (President, COO, CEO, General Manager or Vice President).
- Proven experience in restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership, financial management, business development, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

- Oversee restaurant operations, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Develop business partnerships, expansion opportunities, and franchise initiatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and government regulations.
- Report company performance to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
