Job Summary

We are hiring a President Assistant / Management Trainee with a finance or ACCA background to support senior management in finance coordination, business administration, reporting, documentation, and follow-up matters.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the President and senior management to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Prepare reports, meeting materials, presentations, and management documents to support decision-making.

  • Support basic finance-related tasks, including expense tracking, payment follow-up, account records, and financial document checking.

  • Organise finance, accounting, business, and investment-related documents for proper record keeping and easy access.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, external parties, banks, consultants, and service providers when required.

  • Monitor and follow up on pending matters, approvals, documents, and action items to ensure timely completion.

  • Handle English and Chinese documents, including simple translation when required.

  • Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and confidential documents.

  • Support ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Required Competencies and Certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or a related discipline.

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is required for business communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and review of Chinese-language documents.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, responsibility, proactivity, and willingness to learn.

  • Able to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

  • ACCA studies, ACCA qualification, or relevant finance / accounting background will be an advantage.

  • Relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, banking, investment, consulting, corporate administration, or business support will be an advantage.

  • Experience in large corporations, financial institutions, banks, accounting firms, investment companies, consulting firms, or similar professional environments will be an advantage.
