Role- Presentation Specialist
Location-Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai & Coimbatore
Shift timing-Night shift(remote work)
Experience-8-13Years
Responsibilities
- Create presentations as per client templates and brand guidelines
- Design slides based on scribbled notes or PDF documents - effectively communicating complicated ideas through visually compelling designs
- Design with purpose – using right principles for Screen show, Print, & Digital versions
- Be a creative problem solver with a good understanding of conceptual design and storyboarding
- Deliver excellent PowerPoint conceptualization and design, while undertaking project management
- Be a part of the Creative team producing PowerPoint / Keynote presentations, Word, and Excel templates for our global agencies
- Execute advanced animations and interactive presentation's and embed video and Motions into decks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand presentation goals, target audience, and key messaging.
- Oversee the design process, ensuring the team follows best practices, meets project deadlines, and delivers high-quality designs.
- Review and provide feedback on colleagues work, offering suggestions for improvement and ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to effectively visualize complex data, charts, and graphs, making them easily understandable and visually appealing.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines in all presentation materials, including font usage, color schemes, and imagery.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency, with the presentation's objectives and requirements in mind.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop presentation templates and reusable assets to streamline the design process
- Work well under deadline pressure with excellent attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills, with strong sense and ability to priorities projects
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience working as a PowerPoint Designer in a design & graphics agency
- Bachelor of Fine Arts or similar qualification
- Excellent PowerPoint design and animation skills
- Excellent creative skills to understand context and transform plain text into graphical representations
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of typography, information hierarchy and visual design
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle multiple projects while also leading a team that handles high-volume requests
