Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Grade School/Preschool/Shadow Teacher based in Quezon City. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the learning needs of students, assessing student progress, and fostering a safe and inclusive classroom environment. The role also involves collaborating with parents and colleagues, managing classroom behavior, and organizing extracurricular activities that support student development.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and deliver tailored, effective lesson plans and teaching strategies
• Classroom management, student engagement, and behavior management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff
• Experience with activity-based teaching and fostering problem-solving skills in students
• Competency in integrating creative and innovative teaching methods
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
• Prior teaching experience (preferably in a grade school setting) is an advantage
• Passion for fostering learning, confidence, and independent thinking in students
